Data protection
What information we use when you visit this site or write to us, why, for how long, and what your rights are.

Who we are
The person responsible for the information described here is G. Filias, who runs this site. Omnisense is not yet a legal company; once it is, its details will appear here. Contact: info@omnisense.biz.
When you visit the site
- The site uses no cookies, no statistics, advertising or tracking tools, and has no forms.
- Fonts, images and code load from our own site, not from third parties.
- The site is hosted on our own server at Hetzner Online, in Germany. The server automatically records technical details of every visit: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser, the server's response (whether the page was delivered), its size, and the page you came from. These are used only to run the site and keep it secure, and are deleted automatically within about 15 days (the logs are renewed daily and the last 14 are kept, so a period with no visits can keep a file a little longer).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and what you write only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. Our email is hosted by Hostinger. We keep the correspondence as the record of our exchange, with no fixed time limit, and delete it if you ask us to.
Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
The trial ("Try her")
The trial is not running yet. When it opens, it will ask for your phone number, and the call will be recorded from the moment you answer. Before it opens, we will add a full notice here: what is collected, for what purpose and on what legal basis, for how long it is kept, which of our partners process it and in which countries.
Your rights
You can ask us:
- to tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- to correct anything that is wrong,
- to delete it,
- to limit or stop our use of it,
- to give it to you in a form you can take elsewhere.
For any of these, write to info@omnisense.biz. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you think we have not handled your information properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Automated decisions
The site makes no automated decisions about you and builds no profile.
